When Will My Products Arrive?
Each order starts production 24 hours after your order is placed. Within 72 hours of you placing your order, you will receive an expected delivery date.
Oh no! I entered the wrong shipping address!
We get it, mistakes happen! If you realize after you've hit "submit" that you entered an incorrect shipping address, please email us immediately with the correct address. Our apparel and bags are produced by a manufacturer and we need to let them know as soon as possible that there is an address change before they push your product through.
If you don't notice the mistake until the order has shipped, again, please email us immediately. We will then cross our fingers that the product is sent back to us. Once it is, we will resend it to you, with the correct address you provided.
In these cases where the shipping address was entered incorrectly by the customer, we are unable to offer refunds, replacement product, or store credit. So please, triple check your address before submitting your order!

How Do I Track My Order?
After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation via email. Each order starts production 24 hours after your order is placed. Within 72 hours of you placing your order, you will receive an expected delivery date. When the order ships, you will receive another email with the tracking number and a link to trace the order online with the carrier.
We use a variety of brands for our shirts and all are sized slightly differently. It's important to carefully read the size chart for the product you are purchasing before making your decision, as all sales are final! Please also note some charts are by the size of the actual shirt and others are done by measurements of the wearer – the description of the chart will note which it is! Thank you!
What are the Relaxed Scoop shirts like?
Our Women's Relaxed Scoop is super-soft 100% cotton, has a relaxed, loose fit and a deep scoop neck. It's easy enough to wear every day with leggings but stylish enough to dress up for going out.
What are the Crewneck Tees like?
Our Crewneck Tee is a tri-blend of polyester, ring-spun cotton, and rayon. It feels super-soft, like you've had it for years. It's unisex sizes so it's a little longer and roomier than our Relaxed Scoop.
What are the Terry Raw Edge Raglan sweatshirts like?
Our Terry Raw Edge Raglan is a blend of 50% ring-spun cotton and 50% polyester French terry lightweight jersey. It's loose around the shoulders, you can wear it off one shoulder or both for a wide boatneck, and loose through the body and arms.

What is your exchange/return policy?

The product that I want is sold out. When will you get more?
We love your enthusiasm about our products, but unfortunately due to the high volume of emails we receive regarding this (especially about our necklaces!) we are not able to get back to everyone. Please know that when the item is restocked you will see it on the website and we will share about it on our Instagram (@shopsource).
You used to have a design/product/style of shirt that I don't see anymore. Is there anyway I can get that design/product/style?
As a new business, we are often testing new products and changing up designs and styles we offer. Sometimes things work and sometimes they don't.
Please know we unfortunately are not able to accommodate special requests for "retired" designs/products/styles. However, we do absolutely love feedback and you are more than welcome to contact us and let us know what you would like to see come back to our shop and we'll take it into consideration for the future!
