New Customer Success Initiatives and Product Innovations Among Highlights
NEW YORK – Dec. 15, 2015 – Kaseya®, the leading provider of complete IT management solutions for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and small to midsized businesses, today announced a strong finish to 2015 with outstanding customer successes, product innovation, industry recognition and other major corporate developments.
2015 Corporate and Product Milestones include:
Customer Success
In August, Kaseya rolled out a comprehensive, global-wide Customer Success Program designed to enable customers to derive maximum value from their relationship with Kaseya and to help them drive maximum revenue growth and profitability from their Kaseya product investments. The program included an initial investment by Kaseya of over $6M and has received an overwhelmingly positive response.
Over the past several months, the company’s executive team has met with more than 300 customers, gathering a vast amount of valuable feedback on the changes made thus far and learning what customers want to see from Kaseya in the future.
The team has also revised and relaunched the company’s former customer advisory group, rebranding it as Kaseya’s Customer Success Council. This group comprised of Kaseya customers gives participant members face-to-face communication with Kaseya executives in order to effectively represent customer wants and needs. The most recent US Customer Success Council was held in Miami in November and an EMEA version of the council will be held in Amsterdam in January of 2016.
Product Innovation
Kaseya recently announced the general availability of Kaseya VSA 9.2, making it the first RMM solution to support Windows 10, Microsoft’s fastest growing operating system. The company is proud to reveal that virtually 100 percent of the enhancements in this latest product release were developed based on input from Kaseya users.
Throughout the year, Kaseya has continued to strengthen its position as the only provider to offer complete IT management solutions for MSPs through its innovative product portfolio which currently includes VSA, AuthAnvil, 365Command and Traverse.
With more than 85 percent of Kaseya’s revenue coming from its MSP customers, the company remains heavily committed to increasing adoption of these products and to helping MSPs to build new revenue streams using them.
Kaseya AuthAnvil
More than 600 MSPs now use Kaseya AuthAnvil, which is a true testament to the identity and access management solution’s ability to provide password management, multi-factor authentication and single sign-on capabilities across both employee and customer environments.
Kaseya 365Command
MSPs experienced significant revenue loss in the wake of Microsoft’s move to the cloud with Office 365. Kaseya 365Command now enables MSPs to build their services around Office 365. This brings back an opportunity for MSPs to monetize Office 365, the benefits of which extend all the way to their end users.
Kaseya Traverse
Traverse provides service availability and proactive SLA management by mapping infrastructure, performance and application components into easy to understand business services enabling organizations to predictively visualize and resolve issues before users are impacted.
New Leadership
Earlier this year, Kaseya named new CEO, Fred Voccola who was brought on to drive the company’s next phase of growth. Since then, the company has made a number of strategic executive appointments, forming a new leadership team that boasts an outstanding track record of success at growing and scaling innovative organizations and jumpstarting high growth.
Company Growth
Kaseya boasts more than 10 million endpoints under management and has added more than 1,000 new customers in 2015. The company recently opened new offices in New York and is expanding existing offices in several major cities including Miami, Las Vegas, London and Dublin.
The company also increased its annual Research and Development spend to well over $25M demonstrating the company’s commitment to further innovate its offerings for both MSP and enterprise customers.
