WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As the Manager of Account Management at Kaseya, you will be a pivotal leader responsible for overseeing and driving the success of the Account Management team. Your primary focus will be on managing a team of Account Managers who are responsible for nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving growth in their partnership with Kaseya. Your exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and customer-centric approach will be essential in maximizing client retention, revenue growth, and contributing to the overall success of the company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage a team of 8+ Account Managers.
- Oversee the team that upsells and cross-sells industry-leading solutions to assigned clients within an assigned book of business.
- Ensure accounts with high-growth potential are reached out to.
- Expand business by increasing product adoption and long-term customer satisfaction.
- Exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue/sales team targets.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 2+ years in leading a team of inside or outside sales representatives in a metrics-driven environment.
- 2+ years' experience exceeding sales goals in B2B, in key accounts.
- An ability to motivate a team.
- Experience leading with metrics from CRM applications to manage leads, opportunities, and accounts.
- Bachelor's degree.
