Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated digital marketer experienced in SaaS B2B lead generation. At Kaseya, you will target IT professionals in small to midsize companies in primarily English-speaking North America and Europe with additional geographic and language expansion on the horizon. You will focus on generating (and remarketing to) leads through ad platforms like Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook, ABM Software and more in coordination broader marketing initiatives and team members located around the world. This is an individual-contributor role in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment with fun and challenging goals that requires you to plan, forecast and manage your time, budget, and results closely


Primary Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management : Plan and manage paid search, paid social, and display/video campaigns across Google ads, Bing ads, LinkedIn ads, Facebook ads, Display ad networks, MarketingOS, and Terminus which call to action demos, trials, quote requests or promote content like ebooks, videos, and webinars to generate cost-effective leads.
  • Reporting & Attribution: analyze performance data between ad platforms, google analytics, and lead data in Salesforce; provide insight on the metrics you see to collaborate with team members and refine your strategies and tactics.
  • Ad & Landing Page Copywriting/Optimization: edit or propose drafts needed for your Creative assets such as text ads, image ads, video ads, and landing pages required to advertise effectively.
  • Audience / List Management: manage and optimize audience segments for paid social using a combination of Salesforce, Zoominfo, Google Analytics, and website-behavior rules that are actionable for remarketing or prospecting along each stage of the buyer’s journey. Think of top/middle/bottom funnel segments, technographic + firmographic + demographic combinations that reach our ideal customer segments.
  • Budget & Performance Planning: review and make budget distribution recommendations quarterly to align ad source and medium spend with performance trends and campaign needs.
  • Meeting Leadership: Run effective planning and execution meetings with cross-fuctional peers in Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Design and Web Development - effectively communicate your goal(s), plan & due dates, progress, and outcomes from actions taken.

Qualifications

  • Must-have
    • Experience generating leads with an annual digital ad budget of at least $500,000 USD targeting North American companies.
    • Apply Google ads management best practices which evolves your experiences from the Alpha-Beta structure, use of SKAGs and STAGs to high quality, cost-efficient leads in Google’s current landscape.
    • Use your ad copywriting/editing and landing page optimization skills to make edits (or specific recommendations for others to follow) that optimizes your campaign performance.
    • Use your knowledge of using campaign tracking UTM paramaters, Google Analytics, CRM software (Marketo, Salesforce, etc.) to balance optimization decisions between same-session conversions vs. conversions attributed with lookback windows on click or view.
    • You should be able to communicate with non-digital marketers across the marketing team in a way that translates the ‘why behind that what’ you are saying, and leaves no confusion about what next steps are, owned by who, due by when. 
  • Nice-to-have
    • Ability to read and write in Spanish or German
    • B2B experience managing local-language campaigns in Latin America or the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Hungary), or Australia-New Zealand.
    • Experience using software like Microsoft 365, Trello, Asana, or Smartsheet to collaborate with peers and track and manage priorities, campaigns, and to-dos.
    • Building user friendly, visual reporting that helps identify performance trends

Salary:

The budget for this role is up to $95,000 CAD
