WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Kaseya is looking for a Product Manager 2 to lead the development of cutting-edge products that empower organizations to proactively defend against cyber threats.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a Product Manager 2 at Kaseya, you will be a key leader in our product management team, responsible for shaping the vision and strategy of our IT security solutions. Leveraging your extensive knowledge of the IT security industry, customer insights, and market trends, you will define product roadmaps and lead cross-functional teams to deliver world-class security products. Your strategic thinking, business acumen, and strong leadership abilities will be instrumental in driving product innovation and ensuring the success of our offerings.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own product through the entire product life cycle, from initial proposal, requirements definition, launch, and retirement.
- Using product research input, creating detailed business and technical requirements, and working alongside engineering to design, develop, and bring concepts to market.
- Contribute to the strategic planning process and ensure continuing alignment of the product strategy with the overall company strategy.
- Drive requirements and gain commitment dates cross-functionally within the IT Complete Platform both in customer-facing and internal-facing systems and processes.
- Collaborate with product marketing and sales on go-to-market strategy and execution. Keep stakeholders involved and informed throughout the planning, development, testing, and deployment lifecycle. Manage stakeholder and customer escalations when needed
- Establish success criteria for product usage and perform ongoing measurement and monitoring, using inputs to inform roadmap and designs.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- 3-5 years of product management experience.
- Strong understanding of customer experience, user experience, and user interface principles. Bias for making the customer experience look and feel enterprise-grade without sacrificing time-to-market.
- A consistent record of accomplishment leading all aspects of a product throughout its lifecycle
- Proven record of accomplishment working with and leading cross-functional programs to deliver on committed dates.
- A solid Product Owner background, with demonstrated experience working with a team of technical experts in an agile environment
- Demonstrated skills in communicating with peers, managers, and senior leadership
- Excellent analytical, collaboration, presentation, and written skills
- Extensive experience with enterprise software (extremely helpful)
- Solid technical understanding of common IT infrastructures
- Understanding of Software-as-a-Service and Platform-as-a-Service capabilities from customer-facing and internal systems, and system integration (e.g., Authentication, IDP, Azure, Salesforce, Boomi/ Mule Soft, Net Suite, API integrations) perspective (technical understanding extremely helpful).
- Will require some travel, mostly to our sponsored industry events.
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Customer references - line of business or IT leaders who can recommend your work from previous experience as your customer.
