WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Kaseya is looking for a Solutions Marketing Specialist, to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing compelling marketing strategies that elevate our cutting-edge security products in the market.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a Solutions Marketing Specialist at Kaseya, you will be a key member of our marketing team, responsible for developing and executing product marketing initiatives for our IT security solutions. Leveraging your strategic mindset and creativity, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and sales, to craft compelling marketing messages, drive demand generation, and position Kaseya as a leader in the IT security industry. Your ability to translate technical details into customer-centric language will be instrumental in driving product adoption, customer engagement, and overall marketing success.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own your solution's marketing – define positioning, messaging working with your team and product managers.
- Know your competitors and beat them via strong market positioning and assets.
- Build and implement a strategic marketing plan to drive qualified leads to the sales teams together with demand generation marketing teams.
- Support the development of thought leadership content, including white papers, eBooks, surveys, blogs.
- Help with the development of campaign assets (emails, website, infographics, checklists, interactive content, videos, webinars, etc.)
- Drive the creation of product content (product briefs, demo and explainer videos, product webpages, case studies, etc.)
- Spearhead the development of sales tools and enablement material.
- Lead product launches to drive awareness and interest in Kaseya’s market-leading technology and security posture.
- Support the execution of campaign strategy with demand generation and working with the content team to execute high quality lead generation and nurture campaigns.
- Analyze product performance to continually improve lead generation and conversion rates.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- 3-5+ years’ experience in product marketing for a software/SaaS company
- 1-2 years’ experience in the IT industry, ideally related to endpoint and network management.
- Domain experience in the MSP space and Small to Mid-Sized Business (SMB) market is an asset.
- Domain experience in IT management software is an asset.
- Able to travel occasionally, if/as needed
- BS Degree in Business or Technical field (MBA preferred)
