Kaseya is looking for a Senior Product Owner to join our growing Oracle NetSuite team, working in partnership with business owners and other IT peers to deliver best user experiences. As a product owner, you will focus work with the Finance operations, customer experience, other product owners, development team in an agile environment to represent the business throughout product development. This individual will play a critical role in building and shaping our finance operational experience using Oracle NetSuite / ERP and its associated systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • The Product owner is responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s enterprise-level systems strategy.
  • Their primary role is to ensure that their assigned systems are operating efficiently, securely and effectively to support the Collections/payments, Supply-chain operations, billing, and other business objectives.
  • Develops and implements strategic system roadmap and initiatives to align with Kaseya business goals and objectives.
  • Partners with business leaders to inform and gain buy-in on the system vision, strategy, features, budgets, and priorities.
  • Stays informed of and has an understanding of high-level business processes performed at Kaseya across the various systems within the enterprise technology architecture.
  • Monitors and ensures assigned systems' availability, performance, and security, promptly resolving any issues or business disruptions that may arise.
  • Conducts regular system assessments and participate in security audits to identify vulnerabilities, risks, and areas for improvement and work to implement appropriate measures to mitigate them.
  • Develops and maintains system documentation, including operating and support procedures, configurations, and technical specifications.
  • Leads required upgrades and enhancements to the assigned system.
  • Collaborates with external vendor partners and cross-functional internal team members to gather requirements, analyze needs, design, and implement appropriate system solutions.
  • Oversees any acquisition, disposition, and conversion tasks related to assigned systems.
  • Manages relationships with external vendor partners and technology teams for assigned systems.
  • Maintains accurate system records, establishes contacts and effective support procedures, contract details, and manages key system dates..
  • Stays abreast of emerging tech trends and best practices, recommend system enhancements, and drive the adoption strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in information technology or related field (Required)
  • 5 years experience in product ownership, system administration, or system support role of oracle NetSuite.
  • 3 years experience in enterprise systems management, including the design, implementation, and main Oracle NetSuite ERP.
  • 5 years experience with NetSuite system administration, architecture and/or support, especially around billing, collections, and payment processors.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively to solve customer requests using configuration.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and reporting skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Visio
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and embrace change.
  • Knowledge of configuration and support best practices and methodologies
  • Solid understanding of IT security principles and practices, including access controls, data protection, and compliance requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutionsDesired Skills
  • Salesforce CRM, ERP and understanding of integrations.
