WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 

The ideal I.T. Manager will be the key architect of our technology landscape. In this role, your mission will be to empower our teams to innovate, optimize, and achieve exceptional results. You will be responsible for crafting and implementing strategic IT initiatives, ensuring seamless operation across various departments, and maintaining our technological edge. We are seeking an exceptional IT Manager to join us on this exhilarating journey as we continue to dominate and expand worldwide. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

As our IT Manager, you will be expected to lead the team in identifying emerging technologies that align with our business objectives. You should have a visionary approach that will set the tone for future growth and success. You will lead a capable team or IT professionals, champion innovation, drive digital transformation and fortify IT infrastructure. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Provide effective enterprise systems administration, including AD health checks, DHCP scope configuration, DNS entries, GPO deployment, tests, etc., by owning business critical infrastructure and applications, including on-prem and cloud-based infrastructure. 
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to eliminate repetitive tasks. 
  • Installs, configures, troubleshoots, monitors, and maintains physical and virtual servers and Storage Area Networks (SAN). 
  • Set up, configure, and monitor backups, including SQL databases, file servers, application servers, etc. 
  • Provide project management for specific projects and lead a team of system engineers. 
  • Work in collaboration with the Security team to monitor and maintain appropriate Cybersecurity controls and ensure Operational Security. Desired Skills & Technology Experience: 
  • SME designing, deploying, and maintaining Windows Operating Systems, AD, DHCP, LDAP, SCCM, WSUS, DNS, NTP, CA, GPO, and related core infrastructure components in an enterprise environment. 
  • Knowledge in scripting, programming (Power Shell), and automation (Salt, Puppet, etc.). 
  • Experience with IAM and Security products related to authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, and enterprise security protocols like SAML. 
  • Senior experience with VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, or similar solutions. 
  • Good project management abilities to work unsupervised on complex programs with minimal direction and the ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience.   

WHAT YOU’LL BRING: 

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field and 5 years of related work experience. 
  • Preferred MCSA/MCSE or related certifications. 
  • Ability to effectively manage and lead a team. 
  • The ability to perform cost analyses on possible new technologies and to evaluate potential business impact.
