WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As our Director of Salesforce, you will be a key figure in shaping the future of Kaseya’s customer interactions. You will have the unique opportunity to craft and execute a CRM strategy that drives customer satisfaction to unparalleled heights. In this exciting role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect Salesforce solutions that empower our sales, marketing, and customer service teams. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for an experienced director who is self-motivated and a creative thinker with the ability to grasp concepts quickly, well versed with Lead to Cash business knowledge, with a diligent and detail-oriented mentality.
THE SCHEDULE:
This role is 100% in office based in our Miami Headquarters.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and innovate Kaseya CRM/Salesforce business applications including Salesforce CPQ.
- Assist with CRM migrations & Integrations that rapidly occurs via M&A activities.
- Must be business acumen with knowledge of Quote to Cash flow.
- Manage cross-functional business stakeholders and drive salesforce automations and processes to improve operational efficiencies of Sales and Business operations.
- Collaborate with teams across all regions (ASIA, EMEA, America).
- Manage SFDC admins, developers, and 3rd party resources in India. Work closely with Peers and management in USA.
- Streamline SFDC support and process for the company and manage SLAs.
- Handle basic administrative functions including maintenance of user accounts, profiles, roles, sharing rules, field security, and permission sets in Salesforce.
- Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
- Work with our institutional management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities.
- Assist in training of new users and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization.
- Create, customize, and maintain objects, fields/relationships, workflow rules, processes and flows, page layouts, etc.
- Create, customize, and maintain reports and dashboards based on end user’s needs.
- Maintain lead, account, contact, and product records as needed by end users and for development projects.
- Work with third-party integrations to Salesforce (experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP, Marketo, RingLead, DocuSign, Conga integration a plus)
- Keep up to date on new Salesforce features and Releases YOUR PROFILE The top candidate will be able to convey how exciting and innovative our software and service offerings are.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Around 10 years of experience as a salesforce leader with techno-functional hands-on experience and managing other salesforce admins and developers plus 3rd party resources.
- com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified.
- Salesforce CPQ experience / knowledge is preferred for this role.
- Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications preferred.
- Proven ability to execute third-party integrations without disruption.
- Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
- Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
- Strong data management abilities
- A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion.
- A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
- Excellent English and great communication skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Integrations with Oracle NetSuite to innovate Quote to cash process.
- Consumption based billing.
- Knowledge of Marketo / HubSpot, etc.
- eCommerce portals
