WHAT YOU’LL DO:  

Join the team at Kaseya as a Training Specialist and be the driving force behind empowering employees with the skills they need to excel. As a pivotal player in our organization, you will organize engaging training programs, foster a culture of continuous learning, and propel our workforce towards success.  

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:  

We are looking for an engaging training specialist who will report directly to the Manager of Training and Development in the Human Resources department.  

THE SCHEDULE: 
This role in full time in office based in our Miami, Florida office 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Design, develop, and implement training programs that align with organizational goals and objectives. 
  • Identify training needs through assessments, feedback, and performance evaluations. 
  • Provide learning and development services to departments across the company.  
  • Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, handouts, multimedia resources, and asynchronous products such as E-Learning modules.  
  • Arrange and schedule training sessions, ensuring availability of trainers, facilities, and participants.
  • Understands basic concepts of information security and cybersecurity awareness.  
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars, either in-person or through virtual platforms.
  • Track participant progress and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Gather feedback through surveys, assessments, and discussions to make necessary adjustments.
  • Provide regular updates to management on training progress and impact.
  • Mentor and guide trainers or facilitators to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality training.
  • Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to refine and improve training programs and materials. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING: 

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred. 
  • Industrial organizational psychology degree preferred. 
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.  
  • Knowledge and experience with E-Learning authoring software and tools such as Articulate, Rise360, PowerPoint, iSpring, Storyboard, and similar programs. 
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and training methodologies is beneficial.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for delivering training sessions, creating training materials, and effectively communicating with participants and trainers.
  • Strong organizational skills.  
  • The ability to identify training needs, develop solutions, and adapt training programs based on feedback and evaluation is important.
  • Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and evaluation is beneficial.
