Full-time Position
Kaseya is looking for an ambitious HR coordinator who is process driven, thrives working in a fast paced, fun, in-office work environment with significant exposure to employees, managers and even leaders in different departments. You should be detail and people oriented, with the goal of excelling quickly in your career at a Company that is growing significantly. This role will support the overall Human Resources/People functions and report into the HR Generalist in the beautiful Brickell, Miami offices. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable working both independently and as a part of a team and has a desire to work cross-functionally to support various HR and people initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Managing candidate onboarding experience, in person, with virtual global components, including but not limited coordinating logistics for incoming employees, conducting new hire orientation, new hire processing and coordinating with onsite teams to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
- Work with an Applicant Tracking System regularly to ensure candidates are immediately processed and dispositioned as approved for hire.
- Ensure all pre-employment paperwork is completed and maintain accurate records relating to pre- and post- employment for legal and company purposes.
- Enter, update, maintain, track, and pull reports on all employee information in HRIS, including all new hires, terminations, and employee changes.
- Coordinate background and references checks for all successful candidates and ongoing basis. Process offer letters as directed and prepare new hire packets for onboarding.
- Conducts I-9 administration and background checks for all new hires Assist with quarterly internal HR audit.
- Coordinate employee office events (Birthdays, office activities, etc.)
- Conduct employment verifications via phone and email as needed.
- Conduct E-Verify work authorization checks on all incoming employees.
- Manage HR Compliance posters to Headquarters and all remote locations. Monitors modifications in regulatory changes to ensure all locations are compliant with up-to-date posters.
- Assists with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR department.
- Seeks to learn how to effectively conduct HR investigations and terminations.
- Interested in learning about immigration support processes for employees.
Education & Experience
- 1-4 years HR experience preferred associate degree required.
- Basic understanding of Human Resources functional areas and practices
- 1+ year processing a high volume of administrative (interview scheduling) transactions.
- Strong proficiency with computers and databases, including Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Customer centric attitude
- Strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy Excellent organizational and prioritization skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Open to change and the ability to implement change quickly and effectively.
