In this pivotal role, your visionary leadership will drive cutting-edge projects. You will analyze briefs, write progress reports, and identify risks the company may face. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
An experienced technical lead to be a driving force in shaping Kaseya’s technological landscape.
THE SCHEDULE:
This role is 100% in-office in our cutting-edge Miami Headquarters.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and expertise to the development team.
- Help team members with technical challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of developers.
- Delegate tasks, set clear expectations, and provide regular feedback.
- Facilitate the professional growth of team members.
- Address technical challenges, analyze issues, propose solutions, and effectively make decisions that align with Kaseya’s goals.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies, development methodologies, and industry trends to drive innovation and maintain technical excellence.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Hands-on experience in Javascript, APIs, and Azure.
- Understanding of web and e-commerce elements.
- Experience in handling development teams doing code reviews.
- Basic solution architecture exposure, and process-building experience with dev/technical teams.
- Good communication skills; experience in giving presentations.
