We are looking for an Office Assistant to support with daily administartive and clerical tasks in our Krakow offices. You will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure.

 

Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:

  • Updating and handling paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
  • Assisting in organizing and maintaining two office locations
  • Performing general office duties
  • Maintaining supply inventory and office equipment
  • Perform receptionist duties
  • Support in sourcing vendors for office services
  • Managing files, updating documents, data input and maintenance of databases
  • Maintaining health and safety requirements
  • Helping with coordination of onboarding
  • Coordinating events and meetings as necessary
  • Manager periodic marketing material mailers
  • Working closely with office leaders, HR and IT to ensure good working order of physical offices

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in HR field /documentation
  • Higher degree in related field
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Polish
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Proactive attitude
