Kaseya Dundalk is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Recruiter to help us source, engage, and hire exceptional sales professionals.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the sales industry and be skilled in identifying and securing top talent for various sales roles within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing and Outreach:
Proactively source and engage potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Initiate contact with potential candidates, conducting initial interviews to assess their qualifications and alignment with our company culture.
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and create targeted recruitment strategies.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of top tech talent for current and future hiring needs.
Interviewing and Evaluation:
Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidates' sales skills, experience, and performance against defined criteria.
Assess candidates for cultural fit, interpersonal skills, and alignment with our company's values and sales methodologies.
Candidate Experience:
Provide an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
Guide candidates through the interview process, including setting expectations and addressing their questions and concerns.
Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:
Assist in salary negotiations and closing offers with selected candidates.
Work with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Market Research and Trends:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive intelligence, and best practices in tech recruitment to continually improve our talent acquisition processes.
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales recruitment, with a strong understanding of sales roles and requirements.
- Ideally have familiarity with Greenhouse (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
