AUTOMATION ENGINEER:
Minimum 5-6 years of relevant Windows System Admin experience with advance powershell scripting experience.
Required Proficient scripting experience with Powershell and experience in RPA will be a definite
You're open and flexible to take new challenges and can succeed with minimal daily supervision.
Great team player ready to interact with internal and external customers.
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
Build tools/workflows that eliminate repetitive tasks and prevent incident occurrence.
Create and maintain operational runbooks relating to automation scripts.
Document and enhance troubleshooting procedures for the Operations team (1st & 2nd level support)
Help team to enhance the infrastructure in our various environments.
Good troubleshooting skills to conduct root-cause analysis of the defects and to deep dive into live issues.
Work with the customer directly and help/assist in controlled layered/staggered Production Deployments.
Have the right self-starter attitude and growth mindset to work as one team.
Having good analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills.
Strong ability to effectively lead and work collaboratively with different teams to deliver positive outcomes.
