Essential Responsibilities:
- Reach out to prospects via telephone and email to qualify leads in US and UK markets. The expected activity level for this position is 80 calls per day ·
- Generate marketing qualified leads that are processed as new opportunities and send to the sales team ·
- Work closely with Prospects to uncover business needs, understand pains ·
- Managing chat to drive prospect leads, answer technical product queries, and handle customer queries.
- Work closely with the sales team · Follow-up Marketing campaigns, Webinar & Event leads ·
- Convey summarized key findings from phone conversations to the Field Marketing team to help refine marketing communications.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree
- Exceptional communication skills- both written and verbal- and the ability to build a genuine rapport with prospects and internal teams·
- 1-5 years of experience in lead generation or sales roles.
- Experience in selling IT/Cloud-based products / Backup/Security-based products.
- Ability to quickly learn and manage multiple priorities and projects ·
- Go-getter, or a self-motivated person
- Experience working on Salesforce and MS Excel/ PowerPoint a must.
