The Opportunity:
Kaseya is looking for an experienced, creative thinker with outstanding acquisition skills to join our growing marketing team. By joining the marketing team at Kaseya, you will immediately enter a fast-paced, innovative environment that integrates content, inbound, digital, email, and field marketing with marketing operations and analytics. As the Senior Marketing Manager for Kaseya, you will be the key marketing resource for the region. Collaborating with the local sales teams and with the global marketing team, you will design and execute a strategic marketing plan to maximise marketing's contribution to the regions' partner acquisition and revenue targets.
A Look Inside the Job:
- Serve as the strategic marketing partner for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
- Architect, construct and execute a strategic marketing plan that is localised to our needs and the target market
- Co-Manage our relationship with the local PR agency for the region to maximise their impact for Datto in the DACH region
Key Responsibilities:
MSP Partner Acquisition (80%):
- Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy to identify and attract new MSP partners, including third-party vendors and industry and hosted events
- Identify target markets and segments for MSP recruitment.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and implement lead generation programs.
- Build and manage partnerships with key industry players, associations, and influencers.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and adjust strategies as needed to maintain a competitive edge.
- Continuously optimize and measure the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns.
Event Organization (10%):
- Plan and coordinate industry events, webinars, and workshops targeting MSP partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure event success, including Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.
- Evaluate event performance and make recommendations for future improvements.
MDF Support (10%):
- Work closely with MSP partners to design and execute joint marketing activities using Market Development Funds (MDF).
- Provide partners with the necessary tools and resources to maximize their marketing efforts.
- Monitor partner engagement and results, ensuring a positive ROI on MDF investments.
About You:
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
- A solid understanding of marketing principles including; content, digital (inc. Social), lead/demand generation, events management, content syndication, webinar execution, product and partner marketing
- Metric driven marketing mind with strong analytical and reporting skills
- BA/BS qualification in marketing/business or a related field
- Proven success in acquiring and retaining channel partners or MSPs.
- Experience in event planning and execution.
- Ability to create, implement, and measure marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Fluent in German
