You Will:
- Manage a team of 6-10 entry level Account Managers
- Oversee the team that upsells and cross-sells industry-leading solutions to assigned clients within an assigned book of business
- Ensure accounts with high-growth potential are reached out to
- Expand business by increasing product adoption and long-term customer satisfaction
- Exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue/sales team targets
- Report directly to Director of Account Management
You Have:
- 2+ years in leading a team of inside or outside sales representatives in a metrics-driven environment
- 5+ years' experience exceeding sales goals in B2B, in key accounts
- An ability to motivate a team
- Experience leading with metrics from CRM applications such as Salesforce to manage leads, opportunities, and accounts
